"When it comes to hosting our annual conference & national awards, there are loads of options available and venues that talk a good game, but our relationship with the events team at Holiday Inn Bolton has grown from our initial event several years ago. "We recently held our organisation’s annual staff event at the Holiday Inn. Manisha and her team were brilliant in communicating with us on the finer detail to ensure our event ran smoothly. What I thought was really good, was the pre-discussions we had a couple of times before the event which helped with arrangements on the day.
Manisha and her team were also great when our arrangements and timings changed to what we had originally discussed. Straight away they were able to accommodate these changes.
The room at the Holiday Inn was just what we needed. Great acoustics, presented really well. Lunch was lovely and all the staff commented on how nice it was. We offered both a hot and cold buffet choice and Manisha and the team helped us ensure we had vegan and vegetarian options available too.
To sum up, the staff were very helpful both before and on the day of the event and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Holiday Inn for future events/meetings/get togethers."
