Abi & Lloyd Happily ever after! Dream wedding! Amazing cost! Word can’t describe how beautiful and amazing our day was! Everyone was wowed by the venue as we was in the Chapel (cloisters suit) and all the staff there was just spot on! So polite and caring! Hannah our wedding coordinator was so helpful and guiding me through the whole day! Even when I had to go have a minute in my room during the food, she came up to see if I was okay and had a good chat! Again the venue, the staff, the food! Can’t forget ab	Mr and Mrs Whitfield Your attention to detail and keeping us fully informed from day one was fantastic and we always felt you kept us up to date with all the preparations. The staff was so attentive, if anything did go wrong we certainly wasn't aware of it! Our absolute compliments to the chef and the team, the food was incredible. I think a few people were worried we'd chosen a vegan menu, but I'm sure the array of empty plates spoke volumes! The team, the venue, the atmosphere. Perfect.	Mr & Mrs Ramage Our wedding was 4 years in the making and the team did everything to ensure we had the wedding we had planned. Everyone commented on how breathtaking the first sight of Cloisters was! The team made sure that we ate and updated us when important guests arrived like my grandmother - these little things sure go a long way in showing they genuinely care and are invested in our day as much as we are! The support and kindness during the pandemic was outstanding - we can't thank everyone enough!
Mr & Mrs Tamburello-Jones As soon as we walked into the venue we knew it was special and the perfect space for our special day. The venue is definitely a hidden gem of Bolton. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. They also ensured that we were enjoying the day and getting the most from it. Our guests were amazed by the venue, staff and food, and it continues to be a talking point after the event. It is clear that the staff take pride in their work.	Chantel and Gareth We held our wedding in the Cloisters Suite and it was one of the best days of our lives. I can’t thank the team enough; every second was planned out perfectly and they kept us informed about what was happening next. I couldn’t imagine our day being any better. The food was absolutely beautiful, the staff were so helpful and always had a smile on their face, everyone went above and beyond to make our day beautiful. So from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much Cloisters.	Mr & Mrs Davies We all had the best day ever celebrating our marriage here - thank you Cloisters for making it so special. It was just the way we had planned with yourselves from start to finish. All our guests commented on how wonderful the venue was - beautiful room, surroundings, delicious food and drinks, helpful and friendly staff throughout who all worked so hard. We had a truly wonderful day and our only wish is that we could do it all again.
10th September 2021 The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, especially Wesley, who was our Master of Ceremony. Nothing was too much trouble for the Wedding Coordinators to assist with. It's the little personal touches that really went a long way that made us feel at ease. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the ceremony room was! The room is highly adaptable and allowing for personal choice of decor. Highly recommended by us for any future couples.	Mr & Mrs Riley We highly recommend (in fact my friend has now booked for October next year) We looked at a lot of other venues but found that the Cloisters Venue was more approachable and really worked with us to find a package which suited us. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure our day ran as smoothly as possible which really took the stress and worry out of it. We look forward to using them for future events they would certainly be the top of the list.	Mr & Mrs Mills We would like to thank you for an amazing job, especially during such difficult times. You have a brilliant team. The decorations were fantastic and the photographer was phenomenal! Mr & Mrs Hatton When we first walked into the Cloisters Suite we knew it was the perfect venue, what a hidden gem! The staff were great and were so accommodating. Ourselves and our guests were over the moon with the whole day, every single staff member was amazing and so helpful. It was perfect! We can't thank Cloisters enough for helping us have our perfect day.	Mr & Mrs Bardsley xx We had a brilliant day. We cannot fault ANYTHING. The staff on the day were absolutely fantastic and really did do anything for us. All of our guests were amazed by the room, we also had a lot of compliments on the food. The bar staff were excellent, specifically the 2 younger ones - I didn't catch their names. Nothing I say will even come close to expressing how much we enjoyed our day and how grateful we are to everyone involved in making it as perfect as it was.	Karen & Mark We really could not have had a more perfect day. You certainly put so much effort into details. I couldn't believe the room was already arranged to some degree at 7am, especially after a wedding the night before. Everybody we have spoken to has said what a fabulous day and night, the venue was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff helpful and friendly. Absolutely perfect, thank you to all involved.

Janine & Sean The day was magical, the Cloisters Suite is amazing it's an old Capel so it looks like a church inside. I had amazing help through out my stay, Jackie was there every step of the way, reassuring me everything is going to plan. I couldn’t fault anything, everything was perfect I’d like thank Jackie for all her help, bridal attractions for my room dressing and Emma Jones my hair dresser did an amazing job on mine and bridesmaids hair. Wish I could do it all over again.

Everything is organised for you by choosing which package suits your budget and then they help and organise things for you in a timely manner and organise all meetings leading up to your big day. Your day will go with ease with everything flowing easily on the day for you, letting you relax and enjoy your day even more. The Cloisters is definitely a HIDDEN GEM. The food was to die for, everything ran so smoothly and the venue dresser Lisa Jane made the room look beautiful and listened to everything we had asked for. 24th November 2018 We hired the Cloisters Suite for 3 action packed events, our civil ceremony, Indian Wedding and Reception Party. We needed a lot of support with coordination. All I can say is Libby, Jackie, Manisha and the rest of the hotel staff were very accommodating. Our guests loved this magical, characteristic venue. It has a total wow factor. I would totally recommend this venue for weddings, events and parties it is definitely a hidden gem. Thank you to the whole team...you rock!	Kate and Nicola We loved our special day at the Cloisters suite, everything was perfect and even better than we’d planned! Lee and I got married here on 29th April 2017 in the Ashton Suite. The staff of this hotel were excellent, from start to finish. The whole team have given us memories money can’t buy. The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious and the whole ambience was really outstanding!

12th June 2014 Thank you Rebeca, Emma, Alex, Jade & everyone who helped us at the desk, readied our room for early check-in, & took care of us during our wedding ceremony and reception in the Ashton Suite! Very professional and friendly! If you wish to marry in the Manchester area, we would highly recommend the facility and the staff! Did I mention we planned the whole thing via email with us 6000 or so miles away! They made it easy! Cheers to you all!	10th May 2014 For those I haven't mentioned by name, it is a reflection on my memory for names!!! You were all amazing!!!! Thanks to the chef for the terrific spread! 28th December 2014 Myself & my new husband Bob just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything! We had the most perfect wedding day on Sunday! Our biggest thanks have to go to Emma & Paul, you are both fantastic!!!	21st September 2013 All I need to say is WOW!! We had our wedding here and the venue is simply stunning!!
